We urge you to make your decisions and register for your vendor space EARLY. This will help us enormously in planning our vendor area, and will help to avoid some of the problems that arose last year, when some of our vendors registered quite late.
Vendor Spaces
$150 per space
- includes two outlets on shared 15 amp electric circuit
- includes one 10baseT jack and one IP address
- additional network connections are available at $50 each
- consists of roughly 6' table in roughly 6x6' space
- special needs may or may not be filled; ask early!
Ed Tech Day Discount
If you are planning a vendor presence at both Networking Tompkins County '99 and Ithaca College's Educational Technology Day event, you'll be glad to know that IC will once again be offering a discount to you. When you register for Ed Tech Day, you will be able to deduct $50 from your vendor fee.
Program Ads
Advertising space is available in the conference program. The program is photocopied on 11" x17" folded to 8 1/2" x 11". Sponsors get preferential placement, other placement is on a first-come basis; 60 lpi screen recommended; no bleeds; deadline for artwork delivery is March 1st. We are offering sponsorship opportunities for various components of the 1999 conference. Sponsors are also welcome to provide a general contribution to help defray the conference operating expenses, which are considerably higher this year. As a sponsor, your name and logo can be associated with any of the following:
- $1,000 for each of the conference tracks
- $1,000 for the printed program
- $2,000 for coffee breaks
- $3,000 for the Networking Tompkins County Award
- $4,000 for lunch or the conference facility
- $7,500 to sponsor the conference as a whole
