Obedience Tavi Style. Beth Goelzer (not Lyons yet!) with Tavi at a 4-H obedience show in New Hampshire. Because of his unusual coloring and the fact that his missing toes made him limp sometimes, Tavi wasn't eligible to show in AKC. We had a lot of fun showing in 4-H subnovice and novice. Tavi had a marvelous sense of humor about the exercises (wish I could say the same), and he never did suppress his herding swing enough to do a really nice heel. But there was never any doubt that he was having a good time. (Summer 1986)
